Viking Emirates Radiators & Cooling Systems has been manufacturing precision heat transfer products from our Sharjah facility for over 25 years. Our chiller coils are designed and built to deliver consistent, reliable cooling performance in the high-demand environments found across the UAE, from large commercial buildings and district cooling plants to industrial process facilities and data centres.
Chiller coils are heat exchanger coils used within chiller units to transfer heat between the refrigerant circuit and the chilled water loop. They are a core component of centralised air conditioning and process cooling systems, responsible for cooling the water that is then circulated through the building or facility to provide space cooling. The efficiency of a chiller coil directly affects the overall energy consumption and cooling output of the entire system.
Standard and fully custom chiller coils for a wide range of refrigerants, chilled water circuits, and chiller configurations across the UAE and Gulf region.
Precision-built evaporator coils for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller units, optimised for heat transfer performance at required operating conditions.

With over two decades of manufacturing experience in the UAE, we understand the performance demands that the regional climate places on chiller systems. Our coils are built using high-quality copper tubes and aluminium fins, with material upgrades available for corrosive or chemically demanding environments. Every coil is inspected before leaving our facility, and we handle both large project orders and urgent aftermarket replacements with reliable turnaround times.

Chiller coils are specifically designed to operate within a chiller refrigeration cycle, handling the precise pressure ratings, refrigerant volumes, and fluid temperatures that chillers require. Standard HVAC coils are built for split or packaged air conditioning systems and are not interchangeable.
Yes. Provide us with the original coil dimensions, refrigerant or fluid type, and circuit configuration, and we will manufacture a direct replacement.
Yes. We manufacture coils suitable for both air-cooled and water-cooled chiller configurations across a range of capacities.
Our standard chiller coils use copper tubes with aluminium fins. Alternative materials, including cupronickel and stainless steel options, are available for specialist applications.
Signs include reduced chiller output, higher energy consumption, refrigerant or water leaks, and frequent system faults. Contact our team for a technical assessment if you suspect a coil issue.
